University of Texas Pre-lease Properties
Premier Realty has access to the majority of pre-lease properties available around The University of Texas. If you are interested in pre-leasing a home for an August move-in, make sure you begin your search about one year before your desired move-in date. The best properties in West Campus and North Campus lease first! Below are great properties available each year for early August move-ins.
Complete the PRE-LEASE INQUIRY FORM or call immediately if you are interested in pre-leasing any of the following properties. They are leased on a first come, first serve basis. If you don’t see a property that fits your needs, call to schedule an appointment to discuss other options.
Steps to pre-leasing a home:

1.Finalize all roommates

2.Discuss budget with roommates and all parents or source of funds

3.Discuss ideal property type and location with roommates

4.Schedule an appointment with a Premier Realty Agent (512-479-9922) to view properties. All roommates must be present at appointment!
Application Process:

5.Applicant (s) complete application
-
6.Application Fee ($50-$100/ applicant)
-
7.Security Deposit (typically equal to one month’s rent)

8.Guarantor Form - Guarantor's name and email address / fax # (each applicant will be required to have a guarantor if you are full-time student). Guarantor form must be completed and returned within 3 business days.

9.All applicants much complete above items 5-8 for an application to be considered complete for the approval process.
Within 2 weeks of application approval...

10.All residents must sign the lease

11.First full month’s rent is due at lease signing. The first full month’s rent is typically due in one check. (Ex: If your move-in date is August 7, 2011 then you will pay the September 2011 rent in one check at the lease signing. No further rent will be due until you move-in.)
